Who can really say what happened that night. I can not believe any of the testimony or evidence against the defendant. The police failed to do a proper investigation. Some of it based on incompetence, but also some based on purely personal interests, and some on purely inter agency ...protect the Blue line BS. They based and conducted the investigation on the interests of the Officers involved. Every other homeowner would have had their house become an immediate part of the crime scene. As soon as there was an Officer available to secure any evidence in the house, they would have went inside. Every person present would have had the IDs taken, every person would be inspected...looked at, for any type of injury, bruising, cuts,, scratches etc. The house would be inspected to see if any violence took place...broken bottle, chair flipped over, any sign. Any door or surveillance camera would have been immediately seized and looked at. And more a d more. These cops didn't even use the correct address in any communication or records. Just to obscure the actual address.....so any future records search do not show a call to that address....a known officers house. Even if the defendant did do this, there is doubt. If the police purposefully were dishonest about one thing, how do you trust them on another? If the police purposefully did not do a full and honest investigation...to protect some, how do I trust that they are not doing so at the cost of the truth? This is a case that should be about the corruption of the police,

It all boils down to leadership in these universities
